Frequently Asked Questions

Where are you located?
My office is located conveniently off I-5 in Vancouver. Here’s the address:

10000 NE 7th Ave Suite 230-H Vancouver, WA 98685

Do you see clients in person or by telehealth?

I offer both, but I prefer in-person counseling. An important part of the therapeutic relationship is building trust, which I think is more easily achieved in person.

But if needed, I do offer online sessions.

What are your hours?

I see clients on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9 to 5.

If you are hoping for a different time, please contact me, as I have some flexibility in my schedule!

How do I set up an appointment?
You can call me to schedule an appointment or use the link on the site to choose a time convenient for you.
How long are your sessions?
Each session lasts about 50 minutes.
With what age ranges do you work?

I accept clients aged ten and up. I love the variety that all ages bring to my office.

What do sessions look like?

Our first couple of sessions will be a lot of history-taking and sharing. I want to learn about who you are, where you come from, and what is causing you concern.

Depending on your struggle, I will perform assessments to get a baseline. We’ll then form a plan and some goals for our work together.

What should I know to get the most out of working with you?

I hope you’ll feel comfortable enough to share your life and struggles honestly. I’ll be honest with you, too.

At times, I’ll challenge you to look at life differently, which may require a way of thinking that feels foreign.

Don’t worry, though: I’m committed to your growth and healing and will be with you each step of the way!
